Pricing, availability, and product information are provided as accurately as we can manage but may be updated or corrected at any time; the price you see when you confirm an order is the price you pay. We may decline service for any reasonable cause, including out-of-stock items or suspected misuse, and will refund any payment in full. Our liability for defects is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the item itself. Statutory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply. Any disputes are subject to the courts of the country in which we are registered.
We confirm scope, timing and price in writing before we roll. Once a scene is approved, changes may shift the schedule or the quote — we will always tell you first.
Invoices are due as agreed on your quote. Work stays our property until it is paid for in full, after which the agreed usage rights pass to you.
